If you’ve been following along this year, you know I’ve been making more time for reading in my daily routine (often before I go to bed). Not only has it helped me fall asleep faster, but it’s allowed me to read 28 books so far this year. While most of these have been fiction books, there’s been a sprinkle of business / creative related books (Lean In, Make It Happen, Show Your Work, Maximize Your Potential, and Scary Close to name a few).
There are so many great business / creative books out there though, and several that have just been released, so I thought it would be fun to set a goal to specifically read a few more business books this summer. I’m not creating some sort of book club, but if you’re interested in reading these along with me – then go for it! Here’s what I’ve got on my list:
People Over Profit / How To Style Your Brand / Leave Your Mark
Die Empty / Make Your Mark / The Accidental Creative
I’m definitely going to be picking up physical copies of the first two on the list, but as for the others, I’m hoping to borrow them from Amazon or Overdrive. Once I get started on this list, I’ll be sure to keep you guys up to date on which book I’m reading over in the sidebar so you can join me if you’re interested!
Do you like reading business / creative books? Which ones are on your to read list this year?
